Who said losing fat was going to be fun? You're supposed to "sweat it out"... "more pain, more gain"... These are the sterotypes on how to lose weight.

Unfortunately too many of us have gone down that route. We have tried diets, exercise and endured endless jibes at our fat belly. Nothing seems to work.
